• Each individual may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and not share it with anyone.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: BD200 may request identity verification before large withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. You will be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.

If a Match is Cancelled or Incomplete:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled in progress, bets will be voided unless at least 90% of the match has been completed.
• If a cricket match is reduced due to rain, the relevant rules will apply.
• In an Accumulator with multiple selections, if one event is cancelled it will be counted as a "Draw/Void".
